Howard Swindall appointed as LHBT Trustee

The London Historic Buildings Trust is very pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Swindall as a new Trustee.

Howard is a solicitor of over 40 years’ experience, principally practising in the real estate field. He is now an employed consultant with, and is a former partner of, Russell-Cooke LLP. He specialises in advising on private, public, commercial, charity and not-for-profit clients on all aspects of property development, investment, business leases and occupational matters. He has an affinity for buildings and also enjoys classical music, opera and gardening.

Commenting on the news, Georgina Nayler, the Trust’s Chair, said: “We are delighted to welcome Howard to our Board at an important point in the development of the Trust’s work in transforming places for local people. We expect to benefit hugely from his undoubted expertise in legal and property matters and we’re sure Howard will make a great contribution to our mission to support local communities by bringing new life to London’s historic buildings.”
