As the only London-wide building preservation trust, we’ve been at the forefront of delivering successful, high quality heritage-led projects across the Capital since 1992. We often get called in to save a building which is at risk because we have the skills, expertise and knowledge of current funding opportunities to enable us to save it, or to help others to save it.

But that’s not where the story ends. We are passionate about re-using historic architecture throughout Greater London to create sustainable projects, innovative social solutions and cultural benefits for future generations. Our aim is not just to save some of London’s most interesting and sadly neglected buildings, it’s to bring buildings and communities together. This means that whilst we have considerable experience of working in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, NHS Trusts, community groups and other building preservation trusts, we are always on the lookout to develop new partnerships that benefit local communities.
