Our People

Delivering high quality projects.

Our small team of dedicated staff work tirelessly to ensure that we successfully deliver the multiple projects that we have underway at any one time.

Rosie Shaw

Projects Director

Rosie is an experienced heritage project manager and has been working for the Trust since 2017.

In 2023 she took on a new role within the charity, leading on the development and coordination of our heritage projects alongside the delivery of our strategic and business plans. She is continuing to lead on our projects at the Charity School, Edmonton and the Tin Tabernacle, Kilburn, and will be working with our Project Managers to identify and prioritise new projects.  Rosie’s background is in architectural paint research and she continues to have an interest in historic interiors and presentation within heritage projects.

Rosie works 4x days a week: Monday to Thursday.

Hannah Southgate

Project Manager

Since 2015, Hannah has been working in the heritage sector, focusing on saving at-risk historic buildings for the benefit of local communities. She first worked for The Prince’s Regeneration Trust before becoming a freelance heritage consultant and project manager in 2018, with a particular specialism in developing and delivering heritage projects for historic places of worship. Hannah joined the Trust in 2021 and works across multiple projects. She leads on our High Street Heritage Action Zone activity and community training programmes. Hannah holds an MSc in Historic Environment Conservation, and an MA in Medieval History.

Hannah works 4x days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and half days on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Lisa Rigg

Project Manager

Lisa has been working in the heritage sector since 1997. She began her career at the RIBA Architecture Centre, the Building Exploratory, where she managed artist-led and community-based heritage projects, including work funded by English Heritage to celebrate the designation of Kingsland Road (Hackney) as a Conservation Area. Since then, she has managed heritage education and oral history projects for the Campaign for Drawing and Eastside Community Heritage, and managed visitor attractions, including Brixton Windmill, Valence House Museum and Eastbury Manor House (a National Trust site). Over the last ten years she has commissioned original primary research, conservation management plans, quinquennial inspections, heritage statements, repair and conservation works, and vision and masterplans for Valence and Eastbury. She is currently completing her MSt in Building History at the University of Cambridge with a focus on the architecture of post-war art schools.

Lisa works 2 ½ days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

Barbara Jotham

Since qualifying as a chartered accountant over 30 years ago Barbara has worked exclusively in the charity sector, primarily in the arts, built heritage and education. This has included the most senior finance roles at the National Portrait Gallery, Landmark Trust and Modern Art Oxford and providing end-to-end financial management for capital projects up to £30million.
