810 High Road, Tottenham, Haringey is part of a symmetrical pair of fine houses built circa 1715.

The Trust acted in an advisory capacity to the Haringey Building Preservation Trust which completed the restoration of the external shell and structure of the Grade II* listed building. It was then sold on under stringent conditions for completion of the interior.

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted for the refurbishment and re-use of the building as part of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s wider redevelopment proposals.
